Pricing & Installment Plan

  • Our retreats cost $4,500 per couple, or $5,500 if the couples chooses to participate in the optional add on of Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).

    This includes lodging, all meals, retreat programming, activities, and materials needed throughout the retreat. Transportation to and from the retreat location is not included

  • Couples who choose to add Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) may do so for an additional $1,000 per couple, bringing the total to $5,500 per couple.

  • We do offer installment plans when reserving your spot. Should you decide to pay in full at the time of booking, you will receive $100 off the total price.

    For our “Back to Us” retreat on April 1-4, 2027, our payment schedule is as follows:

    At Registration: $500 non-refundable deposit

    By November 15th: 50% of the remaining balance is due ($2,000)

    By January 31st: The remaining 50% of the balance is due, completing your payment in full ($2,000)

  • If you register after one of the payment deadlines but still wish to choose an installment plan, the payments that would have already been due must be paid at the time of registration.

    Example:

    If you book on November 16th (after the first payment installment date), the $500 non-refundable deposit + the first 50% installment would be due at the time of registration.

Cancelation & Refund Policy

Because retreat spaces, lodging, food, and other arrangements must be secured in advance, cancelations are subject to the following refund policy:

Cancelation Date for our upcoming retreat “Back to Us” on April 1-4, 2027:

On or before October 31st: Full refund of amounts paid, minus the $500 non-refundable deposit

November 1st - December 31st: 50% refund of funds paid, minus the $500 non-refundable deposit

January 1st - January 31st: 25% refund of funds paid, minus the $500 non-refundable deposit

February 1st or later: No refund

The $500 deposit is non-refundable regardless of when the cancelation occurs.
